Humano

HR teams at mid-market companies are stuck in a loop — spending 30 to 40 percent of their time answering the same questions about PTO, benefits, and retirement plans. Meanwhile, 60 percent of employees don't even know what benefits they have. The cost of that gap isn't just productivity. It's $4,700 per mis-managed question.
We built Humano because that problem is entirely solvable. One platform — a beautiful, connected hub where employees find their colleagues, read company news, ask HR questions and get instant answers from AI, and actually feel part of something. Not because they have to use it, but because it genuinely helps them.
We're a small team that has sat inside mid-market companies and felt this friction firsthand. Humano is the product we always wished existed.
